CalFloD3D-TFS 50m Mosaic Rasters

Original source GeoTiff files were downloaded from keystone.gisc.berkeley.edu
website (now defunct) and compiled into a working area (The originals can be
downloaded from http://albers.cnr.berkeley.edu/data/ucb/calflod3d-tfs/50m/).
Using the provided spreadsheet that defined which CalFloD3D-TFS 50m images to
use for which time frame (2020-2040 or 2080-2100) and water level scenario
(minimum, median, maximum) the needed files were selected. Then for each time
frame and water level scenario a new “Map” was created in ArcGIS Pro and the
appropriate datasets loaded into it. Then the tool “Mosaic to New Raster"
was used with the datasets as input. The Teale Albers projection was used as
all datasets used this and the outputs were saved in 32 bit floating point
data type. The output raster used LZW compressed GeoTiff format and
statistics were calculated but no pyramids were made as those would be
created in the COGEO (Cloud Optimized GeoTiff) step. The completed mosaic
rasters were moved to a Linux environment and run through the rio cogeo
process (SEE: https://github.com/cogeotiff/rio-cogeo) to create cloud optimized
files with internal pyramids and greater compression. The final raster naming
adhered to this standard:

    calflod3dtfs_50m_<time_period>_<water_level>_mosaic.tif

Where:

    time_period = [2020-2040, 2080-2100] water_level = [min, med, max]

These files were then added to the Cal-Adapt API:
